SIBSHOPS: Game Night

Saturday, August 30th | 4:00-6:00 PM
The Ackerman Center – 630 S Rancho Dr, Suite A

Come and enjoy a "Play with Clay Night" where we'll be sculpting our own clay animals, mini plants, and fun shapes! Food and drinks will be provided, ages 6-17, who also have brothers or sisters living with autism or other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Program Launch: Thriving Together: Resilient Pathways Forward

On Monday, September 15th, we kick off a 12-week group program for youth with FASD or Prenatal Substance Exposure (PSE) and their caregivers, building resilience, connection, and long-term success.

PARTNER UP: IEP Binders

This edition will focus on IEP Binders, how to use them, why they matter, and how they can support you in advocating for your child. You’ll also learn more about why Partner Up exists and how it can be a valuable resource for your family.

What to Expect:

  • IEP Binder Workshop – Get organized and stay on track.

  • Meet Providers – Ask questions and get expert advice.

Social Night Out

Join us for fun workshops and outings that help children with siblings who have ASD, FASD, or other neurodevelopmental disabilities feel unique, gain understanding, and build positive family connections. For teens and young adults (ages 15–23).

Craft and Chat Women's ASD Support Group

1st Wednesday of Every Month
630 S. Rancho Dr., Ste D

Join us for a welcoming, creative space designed for women living with autism—or those exploring the possibility. This is a pressure-free environment where you can connect, build community, and express yourself authentically. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, identify as self-diagnosed, or are just beginning to ask questions about your journey, you belong here. Open to women ages 18 and up.

Ackerman Insights

We understand navigating autism services can feel overwhelming, but you're not alone. Join Dr. Julie Beasley and our Ackerman Center providers for an insightful event designed to guide you through the client journey, answer your questions, and connect you with other parents in the autism and neurodiverse community.
