2026 Autism Acceptance & Awareness Month Events in Las Vegas & Henderson
April is just around the corner, and with it comes a month dedicated to showing up, speaking out, and celebrating the autism community in real ways.
At Grant a Gift Autism Foundation – Ackerman Center, Autism Acceptance & Awareness Month is about more than awareness. It is about action. It is about creating spaces where individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences feel supported, understood, and empowered to thrive.
Across the Las Vegas Valley, families, providers, and community partners are coming together all month long to make that happen. From resource fairs and educational workshops to inclusive events and community celebrations, each moment is an opportunity to connect and move forward together.
We are proud to share this year’s lineup of events designed to support individuals and families at every stage. Whether you are looking to learn, connect, or simply be part of something meaningful, there is a place for you this April.
Race for Hope 2026
April 18th at Lee’s Family Forum
Walk, run, or stroll in the 17th annual Race for Hope! All funds raised will go towards the care, support, therapy, and social programming at the Ackerman Center.

Benefitting Grant a Gift
APRIL 1st The world-famous “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign will light up BLUE in honor of Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month!
APRIL 4th Kendra Gives Back Event | 4 PM - 6 PM: Join us at the Kendra Scott store in Downtown Summerlin and shop for a cause! 20% of all sales will go to Grant a Gift. You can also shop online April 4-5 and use code GIVEBACK-JYIYR at checkout!
APRIL 24th Slater’s 50/50 | 11 AM - 10 PM: Fundraiser for Grant a Gift at all Las Vegas valley locations! Show this blog to your server from your phone and a portion of proceeds will benefit Grant a Gift.

Mothership Coffee’s Brew with a Purpose
APRIL - JUNE Every quarter, Mothership Coffee’s Brew With Purpose program highlights a local nonprofit and donates a portion of sales to support their mission. This quarter, they’re teaming up with Blue Man Group to support Grant a Gift Autism Foundation in honor of Autism Acceptance & Awareness Month!
