In preparation for this special evening, please read through this information to ensure a successful experience.

Friendly Reminders

• Please send any remaining guest names to Emily Hayes ASAP

• Dress code is "Field of Flowers", wear your favorite florals!

• Parking is located in Lot B - View the parking map here

• Ride share drop-off and pick-up is in Lot 15

• The Auction is OPEN – browse and start bidding on your favorite auction items and packages now!

• There will be photo and selfie opportunities – don’t forget to tag @grantagift and include #grantagiftgala

• Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts will be walking around exchanging fresh flower corsage & boutonniere for donations – be sure to say hi!

Check-in Tips

• For a faster check-in experience, we strongly recommend that you pre-register for Givesmart today HERE, which will allow access to:

• Participate in the silent auction

• Digital donation moment during the program

• Pre-purchase your corsage and boutonniere

• You may check-in by last name or company/table name

• Your bidder paddles will be waiting for you at your assigned table

• You will receive your table # AND your bidder # on the back of your credential

Event Timeline

• 4:30 PM: VIP check-in, reception, and silent auction

• 5:30 PM: General check-in and reception are open

• 6:30 PM: Begin seating for dinner

• 7:00 PM: Program hosted by Megan Olivi, and dinner is served

  • *Bars will be open throughout the evening

• 8:00 PM: Live auction hosted by Christian Kolberg

• 9:00 PM: Event Concludes
